Kanto & Chubu Region

A destination where you can enjoy the rich natural landscapes spreading at the foot of Mount Fuji.

While each area has its own unique character, all are blessed with the natural beauty centered around Mount Fuji.
In Yamanashi’s Fuji Five Lakes area, we primarily offer glamping experiences that allow guests to fully immerse themselves in lush greenery. In 2026, we are also planning to open a new location in Hakone, one of the Kanto region’s most renowned hot spring destinations.

Located within easy reach of Tokyo, the Fuji Five Lakes area is celebrated for its stunning natural surroundings.
One of Japan’s most popular villa destinations, Fuji Five Lakes is home to 45 shared vacation villas and glamping facilities operated by us. Surrounded by beautiful forests and mountain streams, the area’s abundant negative ions and lush green scenery offer relaxation for both body and mind.

Hakone is a treasure trove of unique sightseeing spots. In addition to museums and art galleries, visitors can explore historic temples and shrines, offering a wide variety of cultural experiences. During the seasons of fresh greenery and autumn foliage, the area reveals breathtaking natural beauty, making it a highly popular hot spring resort throughout all four seasons.

Kansai Region

An open and refreshing area facing beautiful lakes and seas, where the shimmering waters bring a sense of calm.

In the Kansai region—where nature, urban life, and culture blend harmoniously—we operate primarily in three distinctive destinations:
Amanohashidate, designed to offer panoramic views of the sea;
the Lake Biwa area, known for its wide range of activities;
and Awaji Island, an emerging and increasingly popular resort destination.

Amanohashidate is a highly sought-after villa destination with year-round appeal.
Set in a scenic coastal landscape, more than 60 shared vacation villas are scattered throughout the area. Guests can savor fresh seafood all year round right by the sea. In winter, villas offer Matsuba crab—known as the “king of winter delicacies”—for an exceptional seasonal experience.

Easily accessible from Kyoto and Osaka, the Lake Biwa area is a popular leisure destination.
In addition to standard villas, guests can enjoy outdoor resort experiences such as glamping and tent stays. A wide range of lake-based water activities is also available, making it an ideal destination for those who wish to stay active and rejuvenate both body and mind.

Awaji Island, home to Residence Villa Awaji, is known for famous attractions such as the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge and the Naruto whirlpools. With its rich natural surroundings, mild climate, and natural hot springs, the island has recently gained renewed attention as a resort destination.
By combining usage rights (designated stay days), members can also enjoy extended stays.

Hokkaido

A captivating northern land where breathtaking natural scenery and exceptional cuisine come together.

We are planning to open luxury villas in Hakodate and Furano, two of Hokkaido’s most celebrated destinations—renowned for their magnificent landscapes, romantic historical streetscapes, and outstanding gastronomy. Each villa will feature natural hot springs, offering a refined vacation home experience to be enjoyed throughout all four seasons.

Facing the Tsugaru Strait between the Sea of Japan and the Pacific Ocean, Hakodate is famous for the spectacular night view from Mount Hakodate, which has been awarded three stars in the Michelin Green Guide.
In addition to its romantic historical charm and distinctive international atmosphere, the city offers an abundance of fresh seafood and gourmet delights, making it an endlessly fascinating destination.

Furano, renowned for its lavender fields, is located in the heart of Hokkaido. During peak season in July and August, visitors from around the world come to experience its vibrant scenery.
As one of Hokkaido’s leading agricultural regions, Furano features picturesque patchwork-like landscapes and offers year-round gourmet experiences made with locally grown wheat and fresh vegetables.

We will continue expanding with new properties across Japan in the future.
